Protocol Development
BMRA will work with each study sponsor to develop a carefully designed and controlled protocol which will address appropriate scientific concerns of regulatory agencies. For studies involving animals, the protocol will include all of the elements necessary for review by Institutional Animal Care and Use Committees and will ensure that the protocol will be in compliance with all federal guidelines monitored through the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Testing
BMRA's professional staff will perform all protocol specified procedures in a professional and timely manner with detailed documentation for each experiment.

Study Management
The staff of BMRA will manage all aspects of the study including representation of the study at any appropriate meeting of the sponsor and/or in consultation with federal regulatory authorities.
